Joined exhibition booth of Chula Market Fest 2020.

During November 27-29, 2020 Fancy Carp Brand joined exhibition booth of Chula Market Fest 2020 at Siam Square Soi 5 to introduce and public also give product samples to visitors for their trial use. Also bring bakeries were cooked from Thai rice flour such Jasmine rice flour, Brown rice flour and Riceberry rice flour to give visitors for trial taste. Thai rice flour specialty is “Gluten free” usable for cooking bakeries substitute Rice flour.

At exhibition booth, we provided bakeries for visitors as following items.

1. Gluten free Young coconut cake : We got support from well known bakery shop from Hua Hin names “Together Bakery & Cafe” for 2 menus, Young coconut cake cooked from Fancy carp brand Jasmine rice flour and Young coconut cake cooked from Fancy carp brand Riceberry rice flour. The 2 menus, we used Jasmine rice flour and Riceberry rice flour to substitute Dough in the original recipe 100%.
   
   
2. Gluten free Banana muffins : We used Brown rice flour to substitute Dough in the original recipe 100%. We got support from well known Online sweetmeat shop names “Mitten Matter”.
   
   
3. Gluten free Cream cheese almonds cookie : We used Brown rice flour to substitute Dough in the original recipe 100%. We got support from well known Online sweetmeat shop names “Mitten Matter”.
   
   
4. Gluten free Brownies : We used Riceberry rice flour to substitute Dough in the original recipe 100%. We got support from shop names “The Brownies”.
