How to cook
Part of Tubtimkrob
- Peel off Water Chestnut and cut it to be small pieces (size around 1 cm) then clean it by water.
- Mix Red Food Coloring with a little water then mix with Water Chestnut after leaving for 10 minutes.
Part of Coconut Milk
- Boil Coconut Milk in Food Casserole 500 ml and simmer slowly with medium heat.
- Put Fragrant Pandan Leaves for 3-4 leaves into Food Casserole and continue boiling with medium heat.
- Put Sugar and stir then put a little salt to make a good taste.
At this step, if require Coconut Milk to have fragrant candle smell, take it to bake candle smoke for 15 minutes.
Part of Tubtimkrob (continue)
- Take out Water Chestnut from water, drain water.
- Put Tapioca starch in Tray for mixing with Water Chestnut then remove exceeded Tapioca starch out by grille.
- Put it into boiling water with strong heat when it is completely cooked, it will float up. Caution: If water is not strong boiling may cause Tapioca starch loses from Water Chestnut.
- Take Tubtimkrob to put in cool water water and leave until it cool.
- Take Tubtimkrob to put in cup and put Coconut Milk, put more Jackfruit if require.
