- Roast Peanut in Pan. If have Peanut Shell, after roasting to remove it out by using Grille. Roast until appearing yellow color then stop.
- Mix Palm sugar, water and Glucose syrup then simmer until boil after putting Peanut and Sesame in Food Casserole and stir until having sticky and viscosity as required.
- Put it on prepared tray (s) and spread into a thin sheet then leave it cool.
- Cut “Peanut and Sesame sheet” to be small bars as required.
Tips :
- Glucose syrup property is helping Peanut and Sesame Bar is shiny and shaped.
- More choices, to put Sunflower Seeds or Cashew Nuts as required.
