Raw material

  • Fancy carp brand Glucose syrup
  • Peanut with removed outer skin
  • Palm sugar or Coconut sugar
  • Roasted White Sesame
  • Water


How to cook


  1. Roast Peanut in Pan. If have Peanut Shell, after roasting to remove it out by using Grille. Roast until appearing yellow color then stop.
  2. Mix Palm sugar, water and Glucose syrup then simmer until boil after putting Peanut and Sesame in Food Casserole and stir until having sticky and viscosity as required.
  3. Put it on prepared tray (s) and spread into a thin sheet then leave it cool.
  4. Cut “Peanut and Sesame sheet” to be small bars as required.

Tips :

  • Glucose syrup property is helping Peanut and Sesame Bar is shiny and shaped.
  • More choices, to put Sunflower Seeds or Cashew Nuts as required.

Produce from Tapioca starch, its sweet is 70% of Sugar sweet. Its properties, stable viscosity, not shirk and not crystallized. Suitable for substituting Syrup is produced from corn for corn syrup.
