Raw material

  • Fancy carp brand small size Tapioca pearl 150 grams
  • Vegetable oil 4 tablespoon
  • Coriander Root 15 grams
  • Garlic 20 grams
  • Pepper 1/2 tablespoon
  • Red Onion 50 grams
  • Palm Sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Pork 100 grams
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Sweet Radish 100 grams
  • Roasted Peanut 100 grams
  • Fried Garlic 80 grams
  • Lettuce 1 head
  • Coriander 1 handful


How to cook


Heat the pan then put Vegetable Oil, Coriander Root, Garlic, Finely Ground Pepper then mix together until having Fragrant smell.


put Red Onion to mix for medium cook then put Palm Sugar to mix until same texture after that put Chopped Pork, Soy Sauce, Chopped Sweet Radish to mix all ingredients together for a period finally put Finely Ground Roasted Peanut and cook.


Leave Sago paste ingredients and let it cool down before making a ball shape with suitable size for eating and leave it.


Bring prepared Tapioca pearls for cleaning 1 time and soak for 5 minutes then put on Grille to drain water.


Put Tapioca pearls on palm and make a round shape as a sheet.


Bring shaped Sago Paste put on middle of Sago sheet then make a shape as a ball after that leave it.


Use fried garlic oil to oiled surface of prepared steaming tray.


Heat steamer and wait until water boiled.


Bring the prepared Sago Pork (Tapioca Balls with Pork Filling) to put in Steamer with distancing of each Sago Balls in order to completely cook for around 5 minutes.


Put Sago Pork on plate and oiled Sago Pork by Vegetable Oil in order to prevent sticky among Sago balls.
