Fried pork is an enjoyable snack, perfect with steamed rice or sticky rice for a satisfying meal, and also great as a side dish. The secret to this dish’s deliciousness lies in marinating the pork with aromatic ingredients that bring out a balanced flavor. An essential ingredient is Fancy Carp Gluten-Free Crispy Batter Mix, a high-quality flour that keeps the pork crispy for a long time. It’s safe for those with gluten or wheat allergies, allowing everyone to enjoy worry-free. Let’s get started on the recipe!

Raw material

  • Fancy Carp Gluten-Free Crispy Batter Mix 200g
  • Pork ribs - about 15-17 pieces
  • Seasoning sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • Light soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • Coarsely ground black pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • Coarsely crushed garlic - 2 Tbsp
  • Seasoning powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cumin - 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander seeds - 1 tsp

How to cook

1

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except the Fancy Carp Gluten-Free Crispy Batter Mix) – seasoning sauce, light soy sauce, coarsely ground black pepper, coarsely crushed garlic, seasoning powder, ground cumin, and crushed coriander seeds – and mix well with the prepared pork ribs. Marinate overnight, placing the ribs in a container or covering with plastic wrap.
  2. Separate the garlic from the marinated pork ribs, then coat the ribs with the Fancy Carp Gluten-Free Crispy Batter Mix. Coat the ribs dry without adding water, ensuring the flour adheres to the ribs.
  3. Fry the flour-coated pork ribs over medium heat. Once nearly cooked, increase the heat to high to remove excess oil.
  4. Fry the marinated garlic separately and sprinkle it over the pork ribs as a topping. The dish is now ready to serve!
