Raw material

  • Fancy Carp brand Gluten Free Crispy Batter Mix 4 tablespoons
  • Fancy Carp brand Rice Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Chicken wing 10 pieces
  • Cold water 6 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar 1 tablespoons
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Coarsely ground white peppercorns 1/2 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic 2 tablespoons
  • Ground coriander seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cumin 1/2 tablespoon

How to cook

1

Place the chicken wings in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients into the bowl with the wings (except for the flour). These include fish sauce, sugar, salt, coarsely ground white pepper, crushed garlic, ground coriander seeds, and cumin powder. Mix everything together until well combined.

*** If you don’t have coriander seeds, cumin powder, pepper, or garlic, you can still make this recipe. However, the aroma and flavor may not be as deep and rich as the original recipe. ***

2

Mix the Fancy Carp brand gluten-free crispy batter mix and rice flour together. Then, add ice-cold water and stir until the mixture is smooth. Coat the chicken wings in the batter you’ve prepared.

3

Fry the chicken wings over medium heat. Once they are cooked, increase the heat to high to remove excess oil. Now they’re ready to serve!
