Raw material

  • Fancy Carp Brand Brown Rice Flour - 150 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg (size 2) - 1
  • Granulated sugar - 35 grams
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Honey - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
  • Rice bran oil - 40 grams

 

How to cook

In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and salt until dissolved and well combined.

Add honey, vanilla extract, and rice bran oil. Stir until smooth.

Sift the flour and baking powder, then fold them into the mixture.

Shape the dough into sticks or pipe them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 150°C (302°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes before storing them in an airtight container.
